Job Description

Tech Multinational in South Dublin is Looking for a Senior Customer Support person with demonstrated experience with project management for a contract role.

Our client, a pioneer in the tech industry and one of the most recognized brands globally, is looking to bring on an experienced customer support executive with at least one year of experience with project management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer facing role (ideally in a tech environment) dealing with non-technical queries, escalation management, and stakeholder management.

Please note this is a contract position and will require the occasional weekend shift.

This is a basic system support, that is non-tech related. This is a customer support role (non-tech related) to support customers and partners purchasing and consuming cloud services in the enterprise agreement channel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to deal with customers, high skills in collaborating with teams and the ability to multitask is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with global customers to support non-tech incidents as they arise
  • Programmatic support for the Cloud product.
  • Escalation management
  • Project management

Requirements:

  • Customer Support experience: front end - 3 years min
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • +1 years of experience in Project management
