Job Description

Morgan McKinley have an exciting partnership with a Financial Services Institution who are seeking to recruit a Case Manager for their Dublin office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts through proactive and direct customer contact

  • Formulate and implement recovery and forbearance strategies, with a view to minimising risk and maximising return for the company, in accordance with current policies and with all relevant regulatory requirements

  • Support and assist with Supervision requirements and act as an experienced point of contact & support for non-qualified colleagues

  • Actively support senior members of the team to ensure the team's objectives are achieved

  • Carry out important administrative support e.g. reports, letters and data capture / reports

Key requirements (essential):

  • APA Loans and Regulations; ideally fully qualified QFA

  • Minimum 1-3 year experience in a business banking, credit risk management or recoveries role

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to motivate, influence and to interact professionally

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

  • Strong report writing and Excel skills

  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle competing priorities
