This is an exciting new opportunity for a Mandarin native speaker to join a large multinational technology company in Dublin.

Title: Ads Operation Manager

Language: Mandarin, English

Location: Dublin - Hybrid Working Model

Type: 12 Month Contract

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the business growth of advertisements and have a clear focus on relevant eco-system development & revenue growth. It will also involve managing an Ads platform across mobile services.

In this role you will…

  • Develop eco-system from advertisement demand side, including advertisement agencies
  • Monetize own inventory as well as media providers' and drive total advertisement revenue grow.
  • Campaign Media Plan creation, for the internal and external advertisers
  • Manage campaigns both internally and externally daily
  • Reporting: advertiser report, weekly internal report, etc., looking to the main metrics involved: CPM, CPC, CTR, etc. Calculate ROI and other parameters.

What you will need…

  • Previous experience in the advertisement industry, especially in mobile advertisement
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertisement industry and platforms, bidding models, sides, as well as CPM, CPC, CPI, and CTR metrics and ratios.
  • Deep knowledge and previous Google GDN and App Stores User Acquisition experience. Knows Display, SEM, and Search Ads.
  • Excellent Data Analytics skills
  • Deep understanding of the local market for consumer digital services, mobile usage behaviour and advertisement trends.
  • Strong communication skills & rich experience on partner engagement and influencing.
  • Self-motivated, willingness to work in a team and take on challenges.
