What's the role?

Use the Eir company car and fuel card (with a daily lunch allowance) to transform Irish homes with Gigabit Fibre broadband. While meeting agreed daily/weekly targets, this role allows for flexibility in personal/family life as it depends on you when you achieve it! Surpassing this target can earn you an extra €750-€1200 weekly.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Have effective objection handling during customer interactions
• Have a high-level working knowledge of all products and services after training
• Excellent customer experience skills
• Actively listen and understand customers' needs in order to achieve targets
• Active listening and understanding customers' needs
• Provide our customers with the right solution that meets their needs
• Be available to work from 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday

Desired Experience & Qualities

• Full clean driving licence and previous sales experience is essential
• Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, confident, competitive and energetic
• Ultimately self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales targets
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team
• Excellence in the English Language - written and spoken
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry is an advantage but not essential
