This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join this national importer and wholesaler of cosmetic products as their Online Merchandising Specialist.

Role: E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist

Location: Cork

Duration: Permanent

Our client is one of Ireland's leading brand management and distribution companies in the hair and beauty industry and is the sole distributor for many high profile global brands in the hair care industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily merchandising of 10+ websites, including content, copy, product uploads, promotional messaging, navigation and site architecture to ensure sites are up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure collections pages and site architecture is aligned with industry standards to ensure all sites continue to drive revenue

• Optimize all site content with a focus on conversion, searchability, maximizing customer engagement, and frictionless shopping.

• Manage a product placement strategy across brand sites including site architecture, and category optimization and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Social Media teams to develop content strategy recommendations using web data and analysis.

• Identify eCommerce trends and opportunities and stay up to date with industry standards.

Requirements

• Strong Shopify Plus Experience (5+ years)

• E-Commerce industry experience

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Strong copywriting and content experience
