Job Description

Exciting new role within the compliance/risk space!

This newly created role is Cork will form part of a team that supports efficient decision making and reduce risk when dealing with third party businesses.

The aim of this team is to put in place a strategy that will reduce third party risk, strengthen capabilities, drive consistency and efficiency, and reduce cost.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a process driven role with keen understanding of compliance and risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and coordinate the completion of various process steps from evaluation and selection to on-boarding, renewal, off boarding including on-going monitoring activities.
  • Data analytics of various reports to determine and support on-boarding of new third parties
  • Ensure all actions ensuing from good order reviews are communicated and tracked
  • Work in conjunction with Risk Assessment Coordinator with regard periodic / monitoring reviews as required
  • Coordinate ongoing monitoring activities at the inherent risk domain level in conjunction with engagement owners and risk domain partners
  • Monitor and complete ongoing monitoring activities based on inherent engagement risk tier
  • Assist with logging of findings management and creation of findings management reports and circulation
  • Manage automated system notifications taking required actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or other third level qualification
  • Familiar with Aravo or similar Third Party Risk Management technology
  • Experience in a fast paced working environment
  • Strong technical and data analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
