Property Valuation Assistant Manager (42-45k)

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive property valuation services including preliminary verbal estimates and formal valuation reports to various business units and internal stakeholders across the Bank.
• Conduct market research, physical site inspections, and data analysis to assess precise market values across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Review and update internal valuation guidelines, policies, and operational documents to maintain strict alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Address internal enquiries, conduct land searches, and provide expert property insights to support credit assessments and risk management decisions.
• Prepare, review, and verify statistical reports to maintain data integrity and track property market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of property valuation experience (preferably within a financial institution, consultancy, or banking environment).
• Professional membership in HKIS (Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors) or RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly preferred.
• Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
