Technical Lead (C# - Java), Long Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Guide the transformation of strategic business needs into crisp, forward-looking functional blueprints that stay tightly aligned with enterprise architecture principles, long-term tech vision, and innovation roadmaps.
• Act as a key member of the Application Development leadership circle, actively shaping both day-to-day operational excellence and multi-year strategic direction.
• Champion and relentlessly enforce quality, security, and process standards across every stage of the product lifecycle - from ideation through to live operations and continuous improvement.

If you have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a closely related powerhouse field.
• 8+ years of battle-tested experience herding projects and developer crews to ship meaningful, high-stakes IT solutions that actually land.
• Real-world track record delivering enterprise-grade systems - you've been through full-scale implementations that touch thousands (or millions) of users.
• You still get your hands dirty in code - comfortable building and troubleshooting serious, large-scale software (the kind where "it works on my machine" is not an acceptable status update).
• Solid production experience on at least one of these battle-tested stacks: .NET, Java, or C/C++ (bonus points if you've tamed more than one).
• Proficient in English.
