Business Analyst - 2 years contract

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze, prioritize, and translate business needs into well-defined user stories, ensuring development clarity.
• Serve as the key facilitator between business and tech teams, driving Agile meetings to maintain alignment and smooth collaboration.
• Continuously assess project performance, gather feedback, and refine processes to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in business administration, project management, IT , or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as Project analyst or Business Analyst
• Good understanding in Agile methodology
• Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
