Data Analyst - Banking up to 22k

Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic junior data analyst to join the team

Responsibilities:

• Handle business MIS requests and support campaign activities across departments
• Gather stakeholder requirements and develop functional design documentation
• Maintain analytics data models and manage data assets
• Extract, compile, and validate data from multiple sources
• Monitor MIS processes to ensure compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues
• Optimize MIS processes for improved efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, IT, Business, or related field
• Ideally with 1 year working experience in data
• Proficient in SQL and Excel
• Knowledge of Python/SAS/Tableau (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
