Investor Relations Director - Lead (Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate IR operations, compliance messaging, and financial disclosures across dual-listed exchanges.

• Proactively build and manage relationships with institutional investors, buy-side fund managers, and sell-side analysts across HK, Mainland China, and global markets.

• Translate complex energy sector dynamics, international asset performance, and corporate strategy into an impactful narrative for global financial audiences.

• Partner closely with the Founder and CFO on capital markets positioning, non-deal roadshows, cross-border M&A messaging, and earnings announcements.

• Monitor international energy market trends, peer performance, and regulatory updates across relevant jurisdictions to advise the Board.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior Investor Relations experience within a publicly listed company.

• Proven track record working with dual-listed structures (e.g., A+H shares or HK + US/UK/Singapore listings) is mandatory.

• Direct background in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Natural Resources is highly preferred.

• Existing, strong relationships with institutional energy investors and capital markets stakeholders across APAC and globally.

• Fluent Chinese and English (both written and spoken) are strictly required to cover China and international markets effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
