Business Analyst - Private Bank

Responsibilities

• Product & Business Analysis: Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define product strategy, translate business needs into structured requirements, and advocate for a seamless user experience. Conduct user research and analysis to inform design and process improvements.

• Project Execution & Coordination: Support end-to-end project delivery, including feasibility studies, requirements documentation, UAT planning/execution, and implementation. Monitor progress, prepare status updates, and facilitate stakeholder coordination and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder

• 3-6 years of experience in business analysis from Wealth Management/ Private Banking sector

• Experience in user research or usability studies e.g. experience in running user interviews, journey mapping, or user experience assessments is a plus.

• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical contexts.
