About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in handing the Insurance Operation project, UAT, and liaised with different stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversaw the entire project lifecycle of an insurance operations project.
- Documented business requirements and collaborated with all stakeholders.
- Provided insights and enhancements for upgraded processes.
- Executed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure effective management of the process.
- Support projects aimed at automating processes and enhancing digital adoption
- Assisted with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in in Business Information Systems or any related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience on business analysis in financial services segment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
