Office Administrator - Hong Kong Financial Regulator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee office premise-related services, security and maintenance matters with property management and vendors
• Assist with reception duties and update office phone directories
• Provide event and meeting support
• Review and process invoices, arranging payments
• Liaise with vendors on procurement matters
• Provide administrative support, including filing, updating records, consolidating information, and compiling returns
• Assist with office coordination and logistics

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, ideally in a multinational and big firm
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
• Good command of English and Chinese
