Office Administrator - Hong Kong Financial Regulator

About the job
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee office premise-related services, security and maintenance matters with property management and vendors
- Assist with reception duties and update office phone directories
- Provide event and meeting support
- Review and process invoices, arranging payments
- Liaise with vendors on procurement matters
- Provide administrative support, including filing, updating records, consolidating information, and compiling returns
- Assist with office coordination and logistics
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, ideally in a multinational and big firm
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
- Good command of English and Chinese
