Calendar & Meeting Management: Act as the primary point of contact for diary management, ensuring effective coordination of meetings and schedules for supported individuals.
Travel & Expense Coordination: Devise complex travel itineraries, including booking accommodation and transport, and managing the end-to-end expense reconciliation and processing.
Operational Documentation: Create and maintain vital office documentation, including sophisticated spreadsheets, databases, and high-quality presentation materials.
Team Productivity & Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless experience for team members, including acclimatization for new joiners and managing system/property access.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with a network of Team and Personal Assistants across the organization to ensure streamlined communication and coordination.
Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally within the financial services or investment banking sector.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
Administrative Efficiency: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and determine the best use of available support resources in a high-pressure environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
