Responsibilities
Develop and drive integrated corporate and marketing communications strategies, covering brand positioning, media relations, executive visibility, and crisis management.
Advise senior leadership on communication strategies aligned with business priorities and reputation management.
Lead content development across speeches, presentations, Q&As, thought leadership, and digital platforms.
Manage media engagement and identify opportunities to enhance executive presence externally.
Oversee communications across traditional, digital, and social channels to maximize reach and impact.
Design and execute crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
Build partnerships with external stakeholders, including non-profits and community organizations, to support sustainability and brand initiatives.
Track and evaluate campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
Manage external agencies to ensure quality delivery within timelines and budget.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and effective communications.
Support internal communications to strengthen leadership messaging and employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline.
12+ years of experience in communications, with regional experience
Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent writing and editing skills.
Proven experience in integrated communications, including media relations, crisis management, and digital strategy.
Demonstrated ability to build executive visibility and thought leadership platforms.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Experience managing agencies and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
