Position Summary:
Our client is a leading player in the data center industry, dedicated to ensuring optimal performance and reliability. They are seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to join the Technical & Operations team. You will oversee a skilled team of 30 personnel focused on the installation, service, and maintenance of data center operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting system migrations and will be responsible for effectively scheduling the workforce, managing manpower, and overseeing rosters and timesheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, service, and maintenance operations at the data center.
- Lead and mentor a team of 30 to ensure high performance and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with electrical engineers and other technical staff.
- Support system migrations, particularly SAP, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Schedule workforce, manage manpower allocation, and oversee employee rosters and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within data centers, construction, or property management.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering practices and principles.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, data center/engineering credentials) are highly advantageous.
