Position Overview:
The Senior Retail Manager will oversee retail excellence and strategies, driving sales and enhancing customer experience across our stores in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can navigate the fast-paced fashion retail environment and implement effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Retail Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that align with corporate goals, optimize sales performance, and meet market demands.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store managers and staff to create a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and teamwork.

Sales Performance Management:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against them.

Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience across all retail locations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Visual Merchandising and Store Layout:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and drive traffic.
- Ensure stores are visually appealing and product placement maximizes sales potential.

Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for each store. Ensure efficient use of resources while maximizing profitability.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitors, consumer preferences, and regional fashion trends in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing market share.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is essential.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau
