Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Formulating short- and long-term product strategies to meet business goals and competitive market positioning.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Managing the full lifecycle from initial ideation and market research to post-launch reviews and feature enhancements.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conducting deep-dive market analysis to identify new opportunities, specifically targeting segments like High Net Worth (HNW) or Mass Market.
- Stakeholder & Distribution Alignment: Collaborating with actuarial, IT, and marketing teams to ensure product viability, while coaching distribution channels on new product propositions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all new products and existing enhancements comply with evolving industry standards (such as HKRBC or IFRS17) and internal governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university
- 8 years of relevant experience gained from large consulting firms servicing Insurance clients
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
