Responsibilities
Advertising Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop Media Roadmaps: Formulate comprehensive, omni-channel advertising strategies aligned with corporate business goals and product launch timelines.
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage consumer insights and market research to define target demographics and tailor advertising messaging.
- Channel Mix Selection: Architect the optimal balance between traditional media (TV, Print, OOH) and digital channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, CTV) for maximum impact.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor advertising share-of-voice (SOV), creative tactics, and media spend to identify market gaps.
Creative Direction & Content Production
- Creative Briefing: Write and present inspiring, strategic creative briefs that guide internal design teams or external creative agencies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all advertising assets strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Production Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end production of advertising materials, including video shoots, digital ad suites, and print layouts.
- Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO): Direct the implementation of automated, personalized creative variations based on real-time viewer data.
Media Buying & Agency Management
- Vendor Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations with media networks, publishers, and platforms to secure premium placements at competitive rates.
- Agency Governance: Manage relationships with creative, media planning, and PR agencies, evaluating performance via strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Publisher Relations: Build direct partnerships with major ad tech platforms and publisher networks for early access to beta ad formats and inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with exposure gained in agency and financial services
- Fluent Cantonese and English
