Oversee all aspects of store operations and performance, including inventory management, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and compliance with brand standards.
Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring staff are well-versed in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide outstanding pre- and post-sales services, including personalized consultations and technical guidance on jewelry specifications, while addressing client feedback promptly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Uphold the company's luxury brand image through impeccable store presentation, adherence to ethical standards, and promotion of sustainability initiatives.
Maintain regular communication with the senior management, providing insightful reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
12-15 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watch & jewelry or high-end fashion, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of luxury retail operations.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
