About the job
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain frameworks, policies, and procedures for managing technology risks.
- Perform technology risk assessments and control reviews for IT infrastructure and applications on both scheduled and ad-hoc projects.
- Drive awareness and understanding of technology risk across the organization to strengthen the overall risk culture.
- Compile and present risk and compliance reports, including dashboards, for senior management and governance committees.
- Coordinate regulatory reviews, internal and external audits, and track the resolution of any findings.
- Support post-incident reviews for IT-related issues, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions and process improvements.
- Ensure IT incident reporting and management processes align with regulatory requirements and internal expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Prior IT experience in the banking industry is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
- Solid knowledge of IT controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory standards applicable to the banking sector. Familiarity with regulations in Mainland China and Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English is required
