About the role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to initiate overall marketing strategies for hair & beauty divisions to achieve brand development and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing team for driving marketing activations
- Initiate annual brand marketing strategies and execution plans for online and offline channels
- Create and monitor annual budget plan for different marketing areas
- Develop promotion plan for online and offline business, including seasonal and festive promotion etc.
- Establish social media strategies to enhance the brand awareness, followers and content
- Provide market insight and analysis for optimizing the sales performance and customer base
- Manage external agency to execute campaigns
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably from FMCG or beauty industry with team management experience
- Strong in brand marketing, PR, communication, digital and retail marketing
- Mature, proactive, detail-minded with can-do attitude
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
