IT Project Manager - Cloud Migration

Our client is a global retailer is looking for a IT Project Manager, focuses on delivering projects, including the migration from Microsoft collaboration tools to Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects across Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, and APAC, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including C-level executives, on the Google Workspace (GWS) migration project.
• Collaborate with external service providers and business teams to assess change impact and ensure smooth implementation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing processes for efficiency.
• Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access during migration.
• Provide training and support for GWS adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience, including collaboration tool migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace).
• Strong technical knowledge of GWS, migration tools, and change management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English.
