    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development:

      • Create, implement, and manage a robust sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets and drive market penetration.
    • Team Leadership:

      • Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Stakeholder Management:

      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
    • Business Development:

      • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base, leveraging market insights and trends.
    • Performance Monitoring:

      • Set sales targets and KPIs, monitoring team performance to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
    • Market Analysis:

      • Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
    • Collaboration Across Departments:

      • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies and improve service delivery.
    • Reporting:

      • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably within the corporate services sector.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across various levels of the organization.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to grow and contribute to the company's success.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive informed decision-making.
