Accountable for the profitability of fund-related business; establish and meet financial goals.
Develop and implement fund distribution strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Perform and supervise comprehensive due diligence on all funds offered through the platform.
Ensure full compliance with SFO and SFC regulations in all distribution activities.
Maintain an active Type 1 license, including handling regulatory filings and reports.
Assign tasks effectively to internal teams while ensuring proper monitoring and accountability.
Establish and nurture strategic collaborations with fund providers and critical vendors.
Oversee fund-related initiatives, including digital transformation projects, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client engagement.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
Registration as an EO with HKMA (not mandatory).
At least 8 years of experience in the asset management and business development sectors.
Advanced strategic and analytical thinking with strong influencing abilities to create and execute sales strategies that optimize customer revenue.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach, paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High business insight, self-motivation, and adaptability to tackle challenges effectively.
