Provide administrative support such as billing, filing, claims processing, and receipt management.
Organize meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Be available for urgent tasks and standby support, ensuring critical needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
