Core Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Roadshows & Pitches: Organize and execute fundraising roadshows with Portfolio Managers to present investment philosophies and performance to prospects.
Institutional Relationship Management
- Client Coverage: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with a broad spectrum of institutional investors, including Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF), insurance companies, banks, pension funds, and large family offices.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal investment teams to design and pitch customized investment mandates tailored to specific client risk profiles and return objectives.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement annual strategic sales plans for the Greater China market, aligning with global firm objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local regulatory changes, competitor activities, and market trends to refine product positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a globally reputable university
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in FS institutional sales
- Strong understanding of China market
- Knowledge in ETF, equities, bonds and fixed income (2 out of 4 at minimum)
- Native Mandarin and excellent command of English
