Chief of Staff (120-140K), Insurance

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will manage a small team and play a vital role in developing and articulating the company's proposition strategy, across different business lines including health and wellness. You will work closely with the heads of various business units and programmes to steer strategies. You will make good use of data analytics, market intelligence and research to generate insights. You will play a vital role in monitoring implementation progress of strategic initiatives, track KPIs and manage the governance framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a globally renowned university
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience gained from leading consulting firms would be a strong plus
• Excellent command of English
