Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients or advertisers through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, and lead generation strategies.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and pitches, showcasing the power of digital OOH advertising.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms to close deals effectively.
Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including creative briefing, scheduling, geotargeting, monitoring performance, and optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximum campaign impact.
Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape platform features and offerings.
Requirements
Degree holder.
4-5+ years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or corporate sales (digital OOH, programmatic, or outdoor advertising experience is a strong advantage).
Strong client connections across different industries, media, advertising or marketing agencies
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition with proven track record.
Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns from brief to execution and reporting.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, and campaign strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and open-minded candidate.
