Job Description
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements, supporting feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to propose IT solutions aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate communication between business users and development teams.
- Support the implementation of Portfolio Management projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Help track project progress, maintain documentation, and organize status updates.
- Work with users and vendors on system requirements, testing, and basic effort estimation.
- Assist in coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or IT support (fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects will also be considered).
- Basic understanding of vendor management (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
