Analyze customer and distribution channel data to identify growth opportunities (acquisition, cross-selling, retention, etc.).
Partner with business teams to define analytics needs and deliver insights for decision-making.
Support marketing campaigns with data-driven targeting, opportunity sizing, and lead generation.
Measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements; explore new techniques for automation and optimization.
Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and customer/agent behavior.
Work with IT to ensure secure, scalable, and integrated data solutions.
Explore structured/unstructured data to enhance channel analytics and behavioral insights.
Develop machine learning models (supervised/unsupervised) to improve analytics effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree holder
8-10 years in data analytics, with 6-8 years in insurance sector.
Hands-on experience in large-scale analytics projects.
Proficient in Python & SQL; knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
Experience in segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytics strategy.
Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and driving results.
Ability to lead projects independently with strong execution focus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (English & Chinese).
