Manage and oversee existing alternative investment portfolios.
Ensure effective post-investment management for selected portfolio projects, including fund and direct investments.
Support the team in evaluating and managing new alternative fund projects, which includes manager selection, strategy and product screening, conducting due diligence, legal negotiations, and project implementation.
Handle internal and group-level reporting for managed projects, as well as regulatory reporting relating to alternative investments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with academic backgrounds in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
At least 7+ years of relevant experience in alternative portfolio management.
Solid understanding of investment projects, fund structures, and legal frameworks.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are highly preferred.
Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work under pressure.
