Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation, GenAI, automation, and process improvement.
Support the translation of business problems into clear user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution documentation for discussion with IT, data, vendors, and other delivery teams.
Assist project managers or workstream leads in tracking delivery plans, milestones, action items, dependencies, issues, and risks across digital and AI-related initiatives.
Conduct basic analysis to support feasibility assessment, including business impact, process readiness, data availability, operational considerations, and implementation dependencies.
Coordinate with business users, IT, data, risk/compliance, and external vendors to clarify requirements, follow up on open items, support testing activities, and facilitate issue resolution.
Who We Are Looking For
Professionals with 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, technology delivery, process improvement, or project support roles.
Candidates with a good understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design support, user acceptance testing, change readiness, and production rollout support.
Individuals with experience working in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries (this is preferred), along with a basic awareness of risk, compliance, and control considerations.
Team players who possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
Applicants who have a working knowledge of Microsoft M365, GenAI tools, and Power Platform solutions such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate (this is highly advantageous).
