Responsibilities:
Handle and manage legal cases in line with company procedures and guidelines
Review insurance policies, analyze liability, assess claim amounts, and evaluate supporting evidence
Escalate complex or high-value cases for management review and approval
Set and review case reserves based on updated case information
Ensure proper documentation and effective control across the entire claims process
Requirements:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational ability
Prior legal experience not required- full training and guidance will be provided
Immediate availability preferred
