Respond to end user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems, resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide support for database-related queries in MSSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access troubleshooting.
Perform basic system monitoring and report issues to ensure IT infrastructure stability.
Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of issue resolution.
Collaborate with IT team members to support system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of database systems (MSSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) is a plus.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
