Business Analyst - Life Insurance Project

Responsibilities

• Support Life Operations projects and ensure timely data analysis and successful project delivery.
• Lead/ perform Business Analyst tasks, including ensuring the accuracy of data analysis, user stories, and UAT
• Prepare progress updates for management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather MI reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Life Operations experience, experience in payment-related areas is a plus. For Manager role - min. of 5 years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience in data analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
