About The Role
As an Assistant Manager (Business Process Optimization), you'll be responsible for performing routine analysis on business analytics, process optimization & mapping, and execution of business transformation and change management initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on business analytics and deploy business strategies across the organisation for streamlining operational processes, business transformation, and change & performance management across
- Identify outliers and bottlenecks from data analysis and provide proposals or measures which could resolve deviations/ step-backs for group's operations
- Partner with business unit stakeholders for IT and commercial projects by developing relevant user's requirements & frameworks for the management and execution of projects deliverables
- Conduct periodic reviews on key performance indicators and formulate improvement plans to resolve cases of under-performance
Job Requirements
- Master of Science or Bachelor's Degree of Science in Data Science and Business Statistics or Bachelor of Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of business process improvement & optimization, business transformation project experience
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate must be able to work collaboratively and independently with business stakeholders for process mapping and the execution of business strategies
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the title of Senior Process Improvement Specialist
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
