Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders and the wider department.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise overseas travel, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics.
- Prepare presentation materials, consolidate reports, and assist with ad‑hoc assignments.
- Oversee office premises and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support planning and coordination of staff engagement activities and team gatherings.
- Assist with departmental budgeting and general data handling tasks.
Requirements
- University degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Background from government, public sector, statutory body, or university is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and capable to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive team player with a positive, collaborative work attitude.
- Proficient in common software applications, including MS Office and data‑handling tools.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is required to be considered for this position.
