Responsibilities
- Assess business requirements and evaluate software package solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, test, install, maintain, and modify computer programs, ensuring high-quality application design and verification of results.
- Ensure all development work complies with departmental standards and guidelines, maintaining project quality and consistency.
- Monitor software development progress against schedules, conducting various tests (unit, system, stress, UAT) and actively participating in program development as needed to meet deadlines.
SKills Reqd
- Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- min 3-4 yrs of experience in SQL programming, Unix shell scripting, and Java development.
- Familiar with Unix/Linux environments and Oracle Database, enhancing system performance and reliability.

- Proficient in Chinese and English.
