Administrative Assistant - US Asset Manager

About the job
Responsibilities
- Support on facilities matters and daily office operations including regular maintenance of office equipments, access right control and liaison with property management team
- Assist on the organisation of internal corporate events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist on secretarial support to an investment team when required, including travel arrangement and meeting scheduling
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 1 year of administrative work experience in a multinational firm, preferrably in the financial services or professional services industry
- Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proactive team player with a can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
- Organised and detail-oriented
