Job Description

Strategic Digital Marketing Manager - MNC Lifestyle & Design Giant

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, formulate and implement digital strategies to build brand awareness, improve customer's digital experience, drive traffic and conversion
  • Initiate and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, media & KOL management
  • Explore new digital channels for advertising & promotion and partnership opportunities
  • Take lead on develop and maintain content in different brand owned digital asset (i.e. websites, mobile app, social channels…etc ) with brand standard and deliver premium quality to our consumers
  • * Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance and user experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience in digital marketing in lifetsyle, retail, fashion and luxury sectors
  • Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge on digital communications environment in Hong Kong, knowledge in mainland China is a plus
  • Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle & insight
  • Proven success in launching digital campaigns in driving online awareness/buzz
  • Solid experience in managing social media campaign/viral marketing/word of mouth marketing
  • Strong leadership with excellent organizing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
