Job Description

A prestige beverage brand is looking for a Sales Manager to formulate sales strategies to lead the brand, products and customer development at Off-trade & wholesale and retail excellence.

About the role

A renowned prestige FMCG brand is currently looking for a Sales/Key Account Manager to develop sales strategies to lead the brands, products and customers development at Off-Trade. Execution of retail excellence and customer engagement are the key developing areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the channel sales budget for the brand's portfolio
  • Formulate action plans to accomplish sales objectives
  • Take charge and manage an exclusive lounge
  • Develop off-trade and wholesale accounts
  • Channels management, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure customer service standards are met
  • Manage and develop promotion and listing plans

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field
  • Not less than 6-8 years in a sales role within a complex and fast-paced business environment
  • Demonstrate experience in providing insights that assist the sales department to achieve goals and targets
  • A good leader with clarity in communication with junior sales and collaborating personnel
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and utilise data and information from disparate sources
  • Strong ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well in group-settings, and have an ability to remain calm under stress and uncertainty
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Passionate and highly energetic, self-motivated and work under minimal supervision
  • Highly proficient with research solutions to sales as well as effectiveness measurement systems
  • Proficient in Ms Office -Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English and Chinese
