Job Description


Our client, an international financial company, is looking for a HR Generalist to join their dynamic team, starting onboard immediately



  • Provide all round of HR support, such as recruitment, training and internal events

  • Handle C&B process, such as setting up pension scheme, insurance renewal

  • Prepare paperwork and system update for all New Hires

  • Liaise with internal and external parties, such as regional coordinators

  • Handle assigned ad hoc tasks



  • Degree in Human Resources management or business related discipline

  • Native Mandarin is a must, IANG welcome
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in payroll or HR related work

  • Experience in using workday system is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
