Job Description

Our client is a globally renowned retail solution company, they are looking for a Global Head of Marketing to join their expanding Commercial & Marketing team

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of 4 key marketing functions: corporate branding, marketing communications, market development (GTM strategy) & lead generation
  • Stay on top of the market trend with continuous analysis of the competitive environment, consumer trends and product insights to identify value, opportunities and gaps
  • Partner with business teams across countries to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products
  • Utilize business insights to build marketing framework and implementation outline for each region with the Commercial Heads and teams, aligning on key value propositions and customer segmentation
  • Own and manage corporate branding and build brand awareness and positioning.
  • Manage social media, creative and marketing agencies and suppliers for identifying market opportunities and delivering aligned impacts
  • Engage with regional commercial teams and project manage events such as: branding, design, themes, sample list, customer invitations, pre and post marketing communications

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and marketing leadership, with regional or global experience. Experience in B2B businesses is a MUST.
  • Track record of success in leading lean and high performing teams in a fast-paced MNC environment.
  • Proven commercial marketing experience specifically in strategy, market intelligence, social media, content development
  • Proven ability to succeed in matrixed organizations across global functions and leadership teams
  • An engaging and hands-on individual, highly capable of operating and excelling at the strategic and tactical positions.
  • Analytical skills to digest complex data set and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent capability to manage and communicate across a range of stakeholder groups in a timely and professional manner
  • Resourceful and problem-solver, who is comfortable with new technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills - passion for consumer data and connecting various data points
  • Good communication and presentation skills
