- Provide professional and tactful customer service by handling and resolving customer queries and requests related to investment products and services, both through phone and email channels.
- Create FAQs, scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for new product launches and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Address and manage customer complaints received via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for system enhancement and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing to ensure smooth implementation of new products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders during business continuity planning (BCP) situations, ensuring coordination and alignment.
- Possess 5-8 years of frontline customer service experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the investment field (candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate Manager position).
- Hold HKSI Paper 1, 7, and 8 certifications (candidates with economics-related majors may be exempted from Paper 7 and 8).
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, with fluency in Putonghua being advantageous.
