Job Description

My client is regional French company in Hong Kong, currently looking for a candidate who is experience in all round HR admin position

Responsibilies

- Assist training and admin support, operations work, training logistic
- recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, screening, draft contract
- P-file management, updating of HRIS data, manage HRIS system
- Organise and maintain personnel records and internal database
- Support and participate in other projects as required

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field of study
- Ability to work independently with initiative and self-disciplined and a team player
- Ideally able to start immediately or on short notice
- No prior experience required
