Our client is currently looking for a Manager, Digital Transformation (New Business Unit) to support the development & enhancement of multiple digital, CRM and marketing solutions across the globe.

About the role

Our client is currently looking for a Manager, Digital Transformation (New Business Unit) to support the development & enhancement of multiple digital, CRM and marketing solutions across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic inputs on defining the overall digital vision, and lead projects for the implementation of the digital strategies.
  • Guided by the agreed model for transformation, develop and plan the digital initiatives with appropriate frameworks, methods and best practices from solution sourcing to delivery.
  • Collect and consolidate user needs to provide meaningful perspectives that can support and facilitate the stakeholder engagement process to obtain buy-in on project deliverables and required resources.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders in project teams to inform the development of the latest business directions and digital initiatives; effectively monitor and control the progress of projects to ensure efficient and thorough delivery within the given timeline and resources;
  • Develop systems to track the transformation progress and effectiveness of digital initiatives for management reporting
  • Partner with technical teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables can be delivered as agreed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest business strategy, technology trends, market intelligence and the evolution of travel products worldwide; identify key digital opportunities for encouraging the business growth.

Requirements:

    • Degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in leading and delivering business transformation projects in consultancy firms or sizeable organisations, with solid understanding of the latest trends of digital technologies and concepts.
    • Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills; culturally sensitive; able to influence others, internally and externally, for positive results.
    • Highly efficient in organisational multi-tasking with strong project management skills.
    • Highly resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective communication with all levels of management and staff.
