Job Description

Our client is a high end luxury brand and they are currently looking for a Digital Communications Lead to join their business

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear digital social, omnichannel CRM strategy to accelerate overall brand growth
  • Implement new functions for the brand and it's partners' e-commerce program
  • Lead team in launching new products, analyzing business data, planning and executing digital communication campaigns to drive brand awareness
  • Analyze significant amount of consumer data to drive business forward and provide relevant action plan, and utilize social monitoring tools to identify untapped business opportunities and consumer insights
  • Work closely with HQ to maintain the brand's tone of voice and localize global marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6-8 years digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in managerial capacity from MNC, preferably in Luxury Retail/ Fashion/ FMCG fields
  • Regional exposure is a big PLUS
  • Creativity and Positive working attitude with strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills
  • Hands on experience with customer related analytic projects and knowledge on how to measure marketing activities and transaction driven
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
