A market leader of professional services from the US is currently looking for a Deputy Marketing Manager to support their business growth. The institute is one of the largest in its field and is top ranked in the US, UK and Australia with a presence of more than 30 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Marketing P&L of assigned product lines and go-to-market strategies
  • Track customer and competitors' data and trends, and identify new marketing opportunities to grow sales/revenue
  • Oversee development of annual marketing budgets and maintain budget fund's integrity
  • Account for punctual execution for all marketing activities
  • Plan, develop, review and approve all printed marketing materials and digital marketing programs
  • Oversee company website
  • Develop and execute annual product and promotional campaigns that generate leads and accelerate conversion
  • Public presentation of product line
  • Track marketing KPI's achievements
  • Work with global marketing team as a representative of Hong Kong Team
  • Responsible for agency and vendor management
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external parties to accomplish marketing/sales objectives

Requirements

  • Not less than 5 years' experience of marketing campaigns
  • Solid digital and social media marketing experience in global profit environments or advertising agency/ publicity firm
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaigns, data-driven and integrated marketing and CRM
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to details
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Able to muti-task, solve problem independently and collaboratively and effective decision making
  • Ability to realize business opportunities with partners
  • Ability to build relationships to influence key stakeholders
  • Able to work with compliance
  • English and Chinese editorial as well as event marketing skills
